Tyson C. Stokes believes that everyone deserves their day in court to prosecute or defend what values most to them. Tyson will explain the law to you, express his opinion, and go over options on how to best position your case to get what is most important to you. Sometimes the best option is to go to trial, and sometimes the best option is an out of court settlement, but Tyson will always leave this decision up to the client. Tyson ensures that his clients fully understand every decision they make, so that they can make informed and educated decisions.
