Dylan Benson began his aspirations of becoming a lawyer early. At age 16 he began taking college classes on various professional topics. By the time he was a high school senior, Dylan was a licensed Realtor selling real estate in Orange County, CA. He went on to attend California State University Fullerton and received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications studies. Dylan grew up taking trips to the mountains of the west. He missed his days of visiting Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts, Dylan attended the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating a semester early.
Dylan began his legal career working for the legendary Motley Rice Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina. During his first two years of practice, he worked on the historic opioid litigation against multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors. The litigation was one of the largest class action lawsuits in American history. Dylan is actively licensed to practice law in Utah and reserves an inactive license in Montana.
Dylan works in a wide variety of legal areas. Although he primarily practices real estate law, family law, criminal defense and civil litigation, he also works with personal injury matters. Dylan is committed to defending the rights of individuals. He maintains integrity and responsiveness when dealing with the law. In his free time, Dylan enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking and video games. He is an avid reader and spends his weekends in search of local cuisine.
